Managing a team responsible for assisting the Consumer Client Onboarding Center (COB) Analysts with questions, processes, procedures related to dispositioning risk alerts for new and existing customers primarily within PWM, but others as needed.
Oversee the communications, monitoring, and quality review of required ongoing monitor components for the area's services. This incorporates direct communicate and training of service managers and business owners, issue management, escalation procedures, Archer maintenance, etc.
Conducting risk and control assessments on a regular basis to ensure the function meets corporate standards that specifically relate to internal operating controls. Assist in updating controls, policies, procedures, and risk/control documentation.
