As a member of a small (7 person) team, will provide Lotus Notes software design and development support to a legacy system that will be replaced circa 2011. Requires ability to communicate directly with end users for requirements analysis and clarification, develop robust functionality for new features, and identify performance (response time) improvements in the current system.
