Supervise special and long-range transmission planning and studies and department staff for ERCOT. Complete long-term system assessments to identify and resolve potential NERC and ERCOT reliability criteria violations and to improve the economic efficiency of the ERCOT System. Prepare system-wide transmission planning studies and other studies in support of regulatory initiatives.
