Take a leadership role in all ISEC activities, focusing on program performance, support to business development and technology development activities, employee development, staffing and recruiting, performance management, and process and product development. As a member of the Systems Engineering leadership team, champion and participate in cross-center Systems Engineering strategic initiatives to enhance sector-wide performance, refinement of our processes, 6-sigma initiatives, and customer relations.
