Responsibilities include the development; implementation and maintenance of all contract and subcontract policies and procedures; systems and controls and meeting the company objectives while maintaining compliance with government procurement regulations. There will be a strong preference for professional experience in purchasing and contracts management with such products as aircraft monitoring systems; field communications systems; or training systems just to name a few.
