C#.Net Developer

My client, a major financial firm, has a proven track record for rewarding their employees with excellent pay and working with cutting edge technologies. The firm is looking to add a Lead .NET Developer to their growing IT team which is located in the heart of downtown Boston.

The Lead .NET Developer will be working full life cycle development and leading 3 other developers. The Lead .NET Developer should have at least 3 years of experience developing with .NET 2.0 or higher mainly on desktop applications.

As a Lead .NET Developer you will be focused on middle tier and backend development working to port some Legacy applications to .NET 3.5. A strong SQL Server 2005 background is required and any Reporting experience will be a plus for the Lead .NET developer. The applications the Lead .NET Developer will be developing are mainly Desktop applications written in .NET 3.5 and the correct candidate should have at least 7 years of overall experience.

Required Skills:

  At least 3yrs of .NET 2.0 or higher development experience
  Strong to quite strong SQL Server 2005 experience

  Strong multithreading experience

  Impeccable communication and presentation skills

Additional Pluses:

  .NET 3.5 experience either C# or VB.NET
  Reporting experience
  Desktop application experience
