Business Analyst

We are seeking Business Analysts with software and enterprise business solutions development experience.

Experience facilitating the business community and technology specialist in an enterprise application solutions environment throughout the entire software development life cycle is a must.

In this role you will be improving business processes, analyzing workflows, determining cost benefits and needs analysis, documenting the process and procedures, writing requirement specifications and functional specifications, test plans, test scripts, and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Elicit and manage business requirements and develop functional specifications
Negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and conform to the technical architecture
Create test plans and test cases and execute testing according to plan
Test in-house and vendor software releases
Evaluate technical alternatives
Provide end-user training
Educate users on system development lifecycle practices
Working with Program Manager, define standards for future business analysis effort
Cost-Benefit Analysis, Gap Analysis and Requirements Management
Business Process Improvement and Measurement

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

More than 5 years in a Business Analyst role

Telecommunication Industry experience is a MUST

Experience in gathering and managing business requirements from users and creating functional specifications

Experience creating system development lifecycle deliverables and familiar with the associated methodologies

Experience in writing vision statements, concept models, cost benefit analyses, justifications, process improvements, impact statements and associated metrics

Experience preferred managing small to medium sized projects writing project plans, charters and scope documents

Experience facilitating the business community throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
