Role: Consultant/Sr Consultant

Enterprise Solutions (ES) is a Horizontal Business Unit that caters to package application related services across multiple verticals. Package applications that ES caters to are primarily centered around three categories – SAP suite, Oracle suite and best of breed packages. ES has been one of the fastest growing practices within Infosys due to its unique

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Gap analysis, package evaluation ,implementation and testing, user training


• Lead teams or play a key part in big teams


• Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers


• Model business processes in a functional area on to the package using prior implementation experience


• Making proposals to drive business


• Enhancing frameworks in our service areas based on client needs


• Supporting sales: includes responding to RFPs, effort estimation, preparing and making presentations to prospects


• Leading the delivery of the assignments: includes managing time and resources creating client deliverables

• Is able to bring in knowledge of more than one process/technology domain & Implement multiple modules of one package.


• Implement technical architecture surrounding the package.


• Tailor methodologies and macro issues to customers’ needs


• Strong Written & Verbal Communication


• Awareness of ITIL, COBIT, CMM, Six Sigma and other operational process frameworks; ESM tools and architecture knowledge


• Strong Consulting mindset, Client Interfacing skills, Team management, Project management


• Ability to travel & relocate as per business requirements


• Either Process understanding or Domain/Technical Knowledge in one complete area


• Knowledge & Understanding of current industry trends

Knowledge on estimation techniques, pricing models & presales experience
