Information Assurance Requirements Lead Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE) professional responsible for front end system development activities and new business pursuits primarily with airborne layer Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and DoD GIG Net-Centric communication systems. Candidate must be experienced with integrating Information Assurance (IA) into structured system engineering processes from concept development out through Critical Design Review (CDR). Experienced working with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) as a recognized IA Subject Matter Expert (SME) addressing IA policy, requirements, system/product Certification and Accreditation (C&A), architecture and operational concepts. This candidate will lead DoD IA requirements analysis/development activities decomposing the broad range of IA source requirements driving the development of DoD systems including DoD 8500 series, CJCSI 6510, NSA/DISA technical guidance and Net-Centric System assured information exchange compliance criteria e.g. NCCL, CJCSI 6212.01, NESI. Will work in concert with systems engineering, architects and Test/Evaluation addressing traceability and verification activities along with C&A to ensure the satisfactory integration of IA into system development activities. Experienced with requirements management tools e.g. DOORS, process and procedures. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills working with systems engineering and design teams collaborating to ensure successful system and product design/implementation. Candidate must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision engaging technically and geographically diverse teams. Experienced working with Navy IA program, policies, and guidelines strongly desired. The following are the Basic Qualifications for this position: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with 7 - 12 years experience in ISSE, systems engineering on DoD information systems. Other desired experience: Requirements development for Multi Level Security (MLS) system architecture and associated design approaches e.g. MILS, Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), Computer Network Defense (CND), Identification, Authentication and Authorization (IA&A) solutions, Security Management, development of Key Management Plans and approaches. This position requires that qualified candidates possess a current secret security clearance. Candidates without a security clearance will not be considered at this time.
