This position will be located at the client site in Washington, DC near Dupont Circle and Foggy Bottom. Roles and Responsibilities: * This person will be working with the mission critical Trade Surveillance System. They will be developing and maintaining pattern analysis models for trade practice review. * The candidate will develop reports to support the trade oversight division using Jreports * The candidate will be working with the client and user community on requirements. Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related degree * Seven (7) years of overall software development experience * Experience using Jreports * Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree * Five years of SQL Server experience * Experience in vb.net or c#.net * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: * Position prefers a candidate with a current Position of Trust designation * Bachelors Degree * Ability to support and develop models using Actimize Intelligence Server and experience in using Risk Case Manager software.
