Northrop Grumman, IS (TASC) is looking for an experienced systems engineer to support our Enterprise Engineering (EE) customer as a scheduler. Duties will include enterprise-level planning and analysis, identification of schedule impacts, consolidation and briefing of recommendations, and documentation of plans and changes using Microsoft Project. Candidates must have an understanding of schedule management principles, demonstrated experience with integrated schedule management and analysis, and be familiar with federal systems engineering and acquisition planning. Mandatory Job Qualifications: - Must have active TS/SCI clearance - BS/BA in systems engineering, operations research, or a related engineering discipline with 9 years experience or 7 with Masters Experience tracking, analyzing, and modeling enterprise- and project-level schedules. Experience interfacing with project and schedule stakeholders to develop, interpret, communicate, and document schedule data. Experience managing data within and between MS Project and MS Access. Experience interacting with and presenting to stakeholders and leadership.. Desired Qualifications: Experience with IT and infrastructure planning and implementation. Experience with large-scale construction and facility migration planning. Experience maintaining documents and managing work in an integrated data environment (IDE). Experience with federal Request for Change (RFC) processes. Experience in agency-level enterprise or strategic planning. - Familiarity with DoD/IC program development and budgeting processes Security Clearance Required.
