JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities: • Establish strategy and annual objectives for Small Business intelligence needs
• Manage resource allocation across SBG and Intuit initiatives, making appropriate trade-offs on best solutions.
• Manage business analysts to define, drive, and execute projects across SBG with solutions that "move the needle"
• Manage engineering team to execute solution development and provide on-going operational support.
• Manage relationships with business and IT partners and understand the linkages within Small Business and inter-relationships across the organization.
• Guide and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects to time, quality and cost.
• Develop a roadmap that aligns with IT and SBG strategies and sets a vision for business intelligence capabilities that drive business growth; translate long-term goals into short-term objectives.
• Implement innovative business intelligence solutions by analyzing end-to-end processes and/or systems, collaborating with business leaders to maximize data-driven decision-making, and leveraging industry-leading technology and practices.
• Continuously assess and deliver consistent and scalable support across business groups using a process-driven, highly repeatable and sustainable framework.
• Work with business leaders to innovate new ways for leveraging
• Drive internal continuous improvement in areas such as project execution, roles and responsibilities, interaction models, and staffing needs.
• Facilitate business case development and project prioritization across SBG.
• Actively participate in the business intelligence community Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field. Graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years overall experience across business intelligence industry: requirements analysis, data warehousing, ETL, BI tools, analytics.
• 5+ years managing teams.
• 5+ years of short-term and long-range strategic planning, budgeting, systems analysis and design.
• Experience with Business Objects, OBIEE, Oracle database, Informatica.
• Strong leadership, change management, and process management skills.
• Demonstrated consultative abilities to assess and recommend solutions.
• Advanced end-to-end thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes.
• Extensive understanding and responsibility in project and program management principles.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups; strong presentation skills necessary to inform and influence a wide range of audiences.
• Successfully work in a highly-matrixed environment
• Prior experience supporting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or web-based products.
• Serve as a leader-teacher and continue to build the bench strength

Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of Oracle platforms is a big plus (database, ERP, CRM/Siebel, BRM).
• Experience with data visualization techniques and tools.
