Senior Program Manager - Advertising Agency

Our client, one of the largest digital and media companies is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their growing team. The primary function of the Senior Program Manager is to be directly responsible for integrated online marketing campaigns as well as site builds for client accounts. This person will lead and manage interactive advertising and marketing projects, enabling the project teams to deliver on time and on budget. The Senior PM must have considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic advertising environment.


Skills
* 6+ years of interactive project management experience in an agency environment.
* Excellent project management skills including team and scope management, change control, estimation & planning, vendor management and resource allocation.
* Strong creative problem solving skills.
* Solid understanding of web & online media technologies (Flash, ASP, JSP, HTML, XML, CSS, Database, CMS, CRM)
* Solid understanding of web and online media campaign development lifecycles.
* College Degree (liberal arts and/or computer science) or equivalent experience.
