Establish and Manage the IT and AV requirements baselines for an enterprise level It architecture and AV and Conference Facilities at a DOD campus with a workforce of 6400 employees: a) Ensure engineering requirements and deliverables are captured in approved data base. b) Update data base with Change Notices/Approvals as a result of Design Reviews, Change Notices, Tech. Meetings/Agreements, Contract Mods, etc. c) Manage efforts in support of multiple DOD contractors. d) Provide baselined requirements to QA for development of IV&V tests/procedures. e) Maintain Requirements baselines and provide design review checklists as tools for SF engineers use. f) Maintain liaison with Government Contracting Officers Representative to verify fulfillment of contractual obligations/requirements concerning technical deliverables. g) Maintain liaison with EVM Manager/Program Controller to provide inputs/assessment for EVM determinations.
Requires BS/BA degree.
Requires 8-10 years experience.
Min. 4 years experience with DOD contract support.
Min. 6 years experience in DOD Enterprise IT architecture support/engineering.
BRAC program experience very helpful.
Knowledge of Pentagon IT services and systems very helpful.
Knowledge of AV systems and infrastructure very helpful.
Background working in DOD new construction environment a plus.
