Our client, a global market leader, is looking for an Implementation Project Manager with expertise in Clinical Trial Solutions. This person oversees the project and works with clients to understand business needs to build a custom solution for them. This person will be the subject matter expert within the team for specific products, use cases, and features.
Required Skills
* 6+ years of experience as a client facing Project Manager
* Must have experience with implementing clinical trial / life science software packages
* Strong troubleshooting ability with Internet-based applications
* Able to communicate well with technical resources and work through alternative solutions
* A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical field
* Willing to travel overnight, up to 25%
