Director of Network Data Center

SUMMARY:

• Responsible for the support of technical and operational components of the IT organization including the Data Center, Telecommunications, Network Management Center, etc. 
  
• Responsible for the development and implementation of systems strategies and technology. 
  
• Directs site audits and is accountable in assuring that systems standards are established, adhered to, and implemented expediently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that the availability and responsiveness of the Enterprise Datacenter and Voice Communications network
  
• Provides the technical and operational support.
  
• Support capacity planning to ensure sufficient resources to meet business requirements.
  
• Develop service level objectives based upon established requirements.
  
• Develop and present project and technology proposals
  
• Maintain and support an environment of continuous process improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years experience in leadership of large-scale systems planning, analysis, design, and development projects. 
  
• Experienced in both infrastructure and application development/deployment projects.
  
• Knowledge of SAP functionality and architecture is a plus.
  
• Demonstrated and proven experience of management and leadership in a datacenter and operations setting
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
  
• VBSS Blackbelt certification, Master Blackbelt preferred.
