Project Manager - Oracle

The Project Manager manages and coordinates cross-functional, operational phases of system development and/or enhancement of Oracle projects from concept to launch. Work with our internal customers on business systems projects including business systems deployment, application development, training and support and process improvement initiatives, providing subject matter expertise and project management. You will be responsible for the project’s complete lifecycle from project initiation through implementation and deployment. The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Tasks will include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring/summarizing progress of each project. You will also prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of each project.

1.  Ability to deliver large global systems integration projects with Oracle e-Business Suite Release 12.

2.  Effective global project management skills including the ability to plan, organize, prioritize and balance complex and multiple tasks, stakeholders and projects to ensure target dates and goals are delivered.

3.  Leads discussions for recommended changes in project management processes, standards and strategies.

4.  Oversees the acquisition, analysis and dissemination of subject matter knowledge.

5.  Conducts and reviews detailed analyses of costs/benefits, risks, workflow.

6.  In a consultative capacity, provides technical and business knowledge to clients.

7.  Develops position statements on complex subject matter questions.  Provides resolution of major issues and manages project interdependencies and handoffs.

8.  Establishes project plans and manages deadlines.

Must have:

Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Modules

Project Management experience

Spanish fluency written and oral
