Northrop Grumman Information Systems through its Information Operations Operating Unit is seeking a Computer Network Operations Planner to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals providing full spectrum support to Combatant Commanders and Department of Defense Organizations. The candidate is primarily responsible for computer network attack planning and coordination. The candidate conducts Joint, Service and Interagency planning and operational experience to support strategic and operational level planning across the full range of DOD and U.S. Government operations for integrated information and cyberspace operations. Duties include coordinating with IO crisis planning groups and assisting with compartmented IO and STO planning; collaborating with cyber operators to identify and levy requirements for intelligence collection and analysis; participating in targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and execution of complex cyber missions; and collaborating with cyber operations, analysts, and RDT&E Engineers to gain access and technical intelligence to meet planning objectives. Travel will be required for short periods of time. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance; have operational career field expertise with an OSD/Joint Staff/Combatant Command; and must demonstrate the ability to develop plans, assess and report on status of efforts with minimal guidance and supervision. Superior written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills are a must. Minimum of bachelors degree with 9 years military experience or 13 years experience in lieu of degree. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and/or customer approval.
