Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Our client, a growing Software as a Service company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer. This company has a solution that businesses around the world rely on, to help share sensitive information and documents safely and securely online. This person will manage, enhance and deliver new capabilities for the business intelligence platform. This is a key position where you will be expected to be a contributor/leader supporting and enhancing mission critical systems with high visibility. You will Manage, support and enhance a corporate data warehouse, Business Intelligece ETL/report and database servers. You will identify and correct issues related to performance, reliability and scalability.

Specific Experience Required:

* 4+ years of Business Objects development experience using Crystal, Webintelligence, Voyager, Polestar, and Xcelsius.

* 6+ years of Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing experience.

* 2+ years in a management role leading and mentoring direct reports.

* 2+ years of database experience with SQL Server stored procedures, triggers, DTS packages, web and database server management and security.

* Working understanding of web-based technologies, AJAX, XML, ETL, development languages (Java, HTML), SQL and reporting tools such as CASE.

* Experience with at least one tool (Power Designer, Oracle D/2000, Rational Rose, ERWin) is a plus.

* Must maintain a high degree of expertise in the use of the tools and repository methodology of data analysis and data modeling.

* Strong with dimensional data modeling.

* Be well-versed in agile SDM with an understanding of CMM, and full-life cycle experience.

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
