This position blends technical expertise and relationship management skills to support clients with resource management for data storage, media maintenance and host communications in a high availability 7x24 environment. Provide support to the group's specialty to ensure continuous availability. Develop and manage new processes and procedures and provide contingency support on a quarterly test basis. Ensure service issues are addressed and customer satisfaction is exceeded.
