Position will work as the e-Commerce Support lead for the company's e-Commerce Platform. Candidate needs experience working with and debugging multi-tier architecture - expect experience level to be strong customer focus across the different types of architectures. Also needs a demonstrated ability to regularly communicate complex technical issues, solutions and designs to a wide variety of audiences, from Project Management to developer to desk level user.
