The programmer shall have a solid background in ASP.NET and Visual Studio.NET to transition to the .NET framework. The programmer also needs to have experience with Oracle, writing SQL statements, and preparing reports using Crystal Reports or Oracle Reports. The programmer should have knowledge of Windows Server OS (currently version 2003) and corresponding version of MS Internet Information Server (IIS) web server.
