Seeking a very senior .Net Developer/Lead to mentor mid-senior level developers and be involved in design and architecture of the project. This is a highly visible position so you must have GREAT communication skills and be able to work well with team members. This is leadership position so you must be able to lead and influence people. In addition, you must have the ability to quickly grasp on business problems and offer solutions proactively, possess strong business and requirements analysis skills and be able to mentor and direct more junior members of the team.
