Work with leaders and individual contributors to understand the current test process and methodologies and identify where we can make technical investments to take it to the next level. Set the strategic direction for the test organization as well as overall org. Provide mentorship and help grow senior ICs in the organization. Work with test leadership to drive integration and adoption of best practices. Be a technical architect on the testing frameworks and tools used for testing, implementing part of it yourself. Work closely with customers and partners.
