The Account Director will be the senior contact for several client relationships in the Data Management Services (DMS) division. She/he will also manage a team of account service professionals and as such be responsible for staff allocation and development. Responsibilities include developing successful working relationships with client and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and accurate and on-time completion of all deliverables. She/he must possess excellent database knowledge.
