Provide single point of client contact for the overall customer/Navisite relationship.Assess sales opportunities, develop and present creative proposals that will ensure closing the sale. Anticipate client concerns and roadblocks, to overcome obstacles that may delay customer decision. Maintain skills and ability, and understand the process for obtaining contracts across a variety of service offerings, add-on requests, contract renewals, and additional business opportunities per defined procedures.
