Your role will include, but will not be limited to, assisting and often leading the design, development, documentation, and testing of software solutions; conducting internal training and providing implementation guidelines for new product features and releases; conducting internal training and knowledge transfer around the insurance market; and acting as a worldwide resource for multiple cross-departmental groups.
