Responsible for gathering business requirements and reviewing/producing specifications for any new/change to technology applications; gathering system requirements, documenting business process flows, performing analysis, solving problems, preparing test plans/scenarios and managing issues on small to medium size projects; managing 2-3 analyst and coordinating activities between the various functional areas, consulting firms, and business partners.
