An Application Service Management consultant will have specialties in understanding complex network and infrastructure installations. This will be based on a solid foundation in Networking, infrastructure management, capacity planning and a deep understanding in how applications communicate across a WAN. In addition to requiring a balance of technical and consulting aptitude, roles will include handling customer technical questions and issues, performing customer software implementations, participating in Transaction Profiling and Application Triage type engagements.
