Responsible for improving overall support to the business Manage daily application bugs and general maintenance Ensure processes are executed in a timely manner Develop and report on metrics Manage small team of developers and support associates Position Requirements: 3+ years application support experience 2+ years management experience Experience managing business continuity planning and disaster recovery College degree required with an analytical major Application Support/Tech Skills (scripting, SQL, coding in one or more of the following: .Net, C#, ASP.net, VBA, Web Development or Java)
