Management and oversight of applications, application break/fix support and maintenance, development and database administration. Develop and maintain a quality assurance program to ensure that applications (internally developed or licensed) are operationally sound (reliable, scalable, and responsive) and support the business requirements. The objective is to proactively manage quality with preventative measures rather than reactive heroism. Ensure SOX compliance to the IT controls.
