Work with various business areas to continually identify, prioritize, fund and initiate technology projects in support of business priorities. Lead the technology/business collaboration efforts to assure the timely delivery of business benefits associated with those projects. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of key business issues, priorities and technology opportunities. Continually review the performance of various Technology services in meeting the needs of the business and initiate escalation and improvement activities as necessary.
