The Assoc. Director - Infrastructure Solutions Design is responsible for overseeing the delivery of infrastructure solutions in support of our business capability needs that include increasing the quality of service delivery while decreasing the cost of operations. This includes accountability for strategy development, planning, service delivery, research, infrastructure optimization, and the oversight of design, build, testing, deployment, and acceptance of solutions as delivered by an outsourced partner.
