The Associate Director, Software Development will be responsible for leading and managing multiple in-house and outsourced software projects. As part of fulfilling this role, the Associate Director is expected to initiate, plan, manage and monitor projects to completion under established budgetary and time constraints. This individual is expected to assess and solve complex software projects and lend input on technical and project risks with minimal or no direct supervisory input.
