The candidate will be responsible the continued improvement in utilization of SAP ECC system, particularly in the areas of customer service and Supply Chain. The individual will be familiar with sales orders, ATP, deliveries, transportation and other supply chain functions. Responsibilities will include working with business partners to determine their needs and identifying new opportunities. The candidate will development or manage the development of necessary IT functionality to enable business process operational improvements, and will be responsible for end user training and support.
