Serve on multiple installation projects of varying sizes. Apply knowledge of all phases of systems development life cycle, especially software specifications and design, data conversion strategies and QA planning. Apply knowledge of the mutual fund industry to include: recordkeeping, transfer agency, bank/brokerage operations. Formulate and define conversion scope and objectives through research, fact-finding and client needs combined with an understanding of SURPAS and foreign system functionality.
