Senior Business Analyst (SBA) will be responsible for fulfilling the duties of a Business Analyst (BA) and also handle the role of Design Lead, Development Lead, Test Lead, and Project Manager (generally for small to mid-size initiatives). The SBA must primarily serve as a liaison between the business and technical staff in order to help accurately identify and illustrate problems, requests, and solutions.
