As a member of the Professional Services Delivery Team in the role of an externally facing BA, you will be working with some of the company's largest and most strategic customers to mobilize key enterprise applications. You will work with our Professional Services Team, and our customers, to gather requirements, map as-is and to-be processes, produce functional specifications, test plans and other project related documentation.
