The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, identifying, documenting, implementing, and/or responding to business process changes within the Sales Cycle - primarily the lead-to-order process. The goal is to provide technology-driven solutions and results that effectively and efficiently streamline and/or measure operational performance. Responsibilities of the Business Systems analysts will extend to implementation, testing and validation of the system changes; development of supporting procedures/best practices; and organizational training and solutions rollout.
