Will need to be a flexible team player and will work within a small team, to implement requirements for new features and troubleshoot existing problems. Individual must be a fast learner, very methodical, results oriented, able to multitask, and able to communicate effectively. Business Knowledge: Financial services and risk management experience a plus Project Experience: Experience with Distributed Systems is a must. Communication Skills: Ability to examine code and explain it's actions; ability to translate limited oral and written specifications into working code.
