Review current C4I and ICT operational processes. These processes include but are not limited to maintenance, change, configuration, and service request management processes. Identify the areas in need of improvement and the stakeholders. Develop a roadmap to design or change processes taking into consideration the RSAF operational environment. Make recommendations regarding the following: a methodology that may be deployed for process design and process re-engineering; and a software package for documenting the processes and procedures enabling all the users to access the documents online.
