Provide technical and managerial leadership for global programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams. These teams are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers resulting in a unique branding of a new offering in the marketplace. He or she also will be responsible for planning and directing schedules as well as budget planning and projections.
