Lead Microsoft CRM implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. The CRM Consultant & Project Lead will be the main contact person for the customer to manage their project making sure it is delivered on-time and on-budget. You will work with the customer to define their requirements, design, and lead the CRM architecture configuration. You will implement most of their customizations yourself using the Microsoft CRM web-based customizations tools (no programming of any custom code is required). You will provide super-user and end-user training to the customer.
