Serves as primary focal point and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Government for engineering activities for a regional, multi-service optical network. Leads the development, evaluation and implementation of new and innovative principles, processes and applications. Creates technical vision, builds team consensus among stakeholders and uses persuasive oral and written communications to foster evolution of the network.
