The Chief Engineer must promote a positive engineering environment through leadership, establish/coordinate the technical schedules and plans required to execute all technical efforts, ensure coordination between program technical requirements with the customer and other contractors, ensure that engineering processes are established/tailored and properly executed, pursue expansions to work scope while working with the existing team members, develop innovative solutions to technical challenges within a fast paced, dynamic environment and develop those ideas into workable concepts.
