Ensures the delivered solutions or services meet the client's needs, requirements and quality expectations. Support business developers in formulating solution concepts and in presenting these to clients. Provide oversight, review on the delivery activities of different projects and service, and recommend, to the VP in charge of the Business Unit and to the direct managers, corrective action to improve these solutions.
