Lead a team of 96+ technology employees (California, Florida, Canada, India)...responsible for people management: recruiting, development, performance management, and compensation. Plan and direct the design, development, test and integration of new products and product updates. Help penetrate new markets and discern competitiveness of new technologies. Partner with the global access / integrated software platform management teams across Product Lifecycles.
