The Chief Architect is a critical role to the success of the Center for Innovation as it helps to define the operational direction of engineering activities. The successful candidate will not only have expertise in enterprise IT operations, distributed operations and modeling and simulation (M&S), but will also demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership attributes in the ability to "Energize the Team" and "Build Effective Relationships". This individual will work closely with the IT team; Modeling and Simulation team; other functions and Senior Leadership to achieve the desired business objectives.
