Develops, plans, and implements a Change Management program for a large government enterprise network. As the Change Manager, this person will analysis current activities, and evaluates information systems operations, gathers requirements for system process improvements, plans and executes continuous service optimization. Provide technical direction and oversight for the activities of government or contract personnel involved in change management process. Recommends new initiatives which improve the change management program.
