The main responsibilities of Basis team are system performance, monitoring, alerting, automation, high availability, problem determination, and on-going maintenance and support. Work with application and infrastructure teams to implement small enhancements. Day to day responsibilities include Transports, environment refreshes, creation/modification of security roles, attending project meetings and creating technical documentation as needed.
